Explore Austin
Save on rideshares and stay close to everything. My home is just minutes from South Congress, Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, and top Austin restaurants and nightlife. Plus, you're only a short drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Lady Bird Lake: Located in the heart of Austin, Lady Bird Lake is a must-visit attraction for outdoor enthusiasts. The lake offers various activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and hiking trails. Visitors can rent kayaks and paddleboards from the following locations:
Street art and murals: Austin has some of the best street art and murals in the country. You can explore the city's art scene by visiting popular murals such as the "I love you so much" mural, "Greetings from Austin" mural, and the "Willie for President" mural. Some of the best murals can be found on South Congress Avenue and the East Side.
Nearby South Congress Avenue has a lot of different stores and restaurants so be sure to carve out some time to walk through it and take in the sights.
There is a pool and two tennis courts that is shared by the community residents. While the pool is generally open, it can be closed down for circumstances beyond my control due to the weather or repairs the HOA is performing.
